Curbsides connects customers with independent food trucks and pop-up vendors. Vendors are responsible for the food they prepare and their own operating permits. Curbsides facilitates discovery, ordering, and delivery.
When you place an order, payment is processed through Shopify. Order totals include item subtotal, a delivery fee, and applicable platform fees. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the total shown.
Vendors and drivers operate as independent partners and are not employees of Curbsides. Vendors must acknowledge vetting, testing, and secret-shopper policies before listing. Drivers are paid a payout per completed delivery.
You agree not to abuse the platform, submit false information, or violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
