We collect the information you provide when you create an account, place an order, or apply to vend or drive — including your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. We also collect location data when you enable it to find nearby vendors and to calculate delivery estimates.
We use your information to process orders, coordinate deliveries, verify vendor and driver applications, send order updates, and improve discovery on the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
Your order details are shared with the vendor fulfilling your order and the driver delivering it, as well as with our payment and dispatch partners (Shopify and Shipday) solely to complete your transaction.
You can request access to or deletion of your data, and update your profile information at any time from your account settings. Contact us to exercise your privacy rights.
